Virtual assistant cost depends on three things: where the assistant is based, what they do, and whether you hire a freelancer or an agency. Use the calculator, then check what's included.

The biggest driver: rates differ several times over between regions.
Specialists (bookkeeping, marketing, legal, executive support) cost more than general admin.
Agencies add management and cover to the hourly rate.
Part-time bundles often cost a little more per hour than full-time.
